Daily Dose: Miserable Girl by Soulwax
Soulwax are an alt. rock/electronic duo that also go under the names Flying Dewaele Brothers and 2 many DJs. The duo consists of brothers David and Stephen Dewaele. The two have had a significant influence on the bastard pop genre of mash-ups. Soulwax produce music under the record labels Modular People and [PIAS].
Soulwax have been recording since their first studio album, ‘Leave the Story Untold’ in 1996. Since then they have produced the albums ‘Much Against Everyone’s Advice’ (1998), ‘As Heard on Radio Soulwax Pt.2′ (2002), ‘Any Minute Now’ (2004), ‘Nite Versions’ (2005) and the elaborately titled ‘Most of the remixes…’ of which the full title is 552 characters long (2007).
‘Miserable Girl’ appears on the ‘Nite Versions’ Album.
